Our artwork is printed on 220gsm acid-free Epson professional matt archive paper using ultra-chrome archival inks. This paper and ink is of the highest quality and will never fade.
We are a UK limited company, all our framing and posters are printed in manufactured in our UK workshop.
Each of our posters are sent in a cellophane sleeve and hard-backed postal sleeve or postal tube depending on the size. Frames are sent are protective boxes.
To be clear, my experience with this company wasn't all bad - when I enquired as to whether the prints I wanted could be adapted to have the place name at the top not the bottom, this was kindly done and I'm very happy with the image itself. However, I ordered two prints from this company and one came with a white border that was double the width of the other (and indeed double the width of all the other prints I have in this style), despite it being smaller than the other print. I have twice contacted the company to ask if a replacement can be sent that has a narrower border, but I have not heard back in nearly 3 weeks. This is a big shame, as the prints are not cheap and instead of looking at the beautiful image, the eye is drawn to the wide white border and it sticks out like a sore thumb. This therefore affects my rating.
