Cancellations & Returns

At InkNPrintz, all prints, framed artwork, and canvases are made to order specifically for you. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered production.

Our fulfilment process is automated, and once an order has been sent to the workshop, it cannot be stopped or modified.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include clear photographs of the issue so we can assess and arrange a replacement where applicable.

We will resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

Returns

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse or not returned in original condition.
  • We do not accept cancellations once production has started.
