We are a UK limited company, all our framing and posters are printed in manufactured in our UK workshop.
Each of our posters are sent in a cellophane sleeve and hard-backed postal sleeve or postal tube depending on the size. Frames are sent are protective boxes.
The poster is very nice! Just as described. The order fulfillment was very good! The only issue is that you used the US Postal Service (USPS). The tracking said the item was sitting in Illinois for 10 days (I am in NC). I went to the local Post Office to complain and they said sometimes bins of parcels get overlooked and it must be sitting in IL. I asked if that is acceptable to them? They didn't seem to care. But behold! Magically the poster was delivered the next day! So, they lied to me and didn't care. I wish sellers on eBay would boycott the USPS. I have dealt with shipping for years in my business and the attitude and care for the customer is lacking at the USPS.
